Questions people ask
How does it work from another country?
You order online and pay by card in US dollars. Tell us where they're staying — a hotel or hostel name is enough — pick a date and a morning, afternoon or evening slot, and we hand the gift over and send you a photo.
Where in Nepal do you deliver?
Across Kathmandu Valley — Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur — and in Pokhara, Chitwan and Biratnagar, which covers where travelers almost always stay. Somewhere else? Message us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can reach it.
I only have their WhatsApp number from back home. Is that enough?
Yes — enter it exactly as you have it, any country, any format. Most travelers in Nepal are reachable only on their home number over WhatsApp or hotel Wi-Fi, and that's what we use.
Can I pay from my country?
Yes. You pay by card in US dollars at checkout. If your card won't go through from where you are, there's an assisted checkout: we confirm everything over WhatsApp and find a payment route that works.
Will you spoil the surprise?
No. We coordinate with you and with the hotel's front desk, never with the recipient — unless the delivery is at risk and you tell us it's okay to contact them.
