What we collect, why we need it, and who else ends up seeing it. We never sell your data — but we do carry advertising and analytics trackers, and this page says which.

From you, the sender: your email address, and a phone number if you give us one. If you create an account we store that, plus any recipients you choose to save.
About the recipient: their name, delivery address, phone number, and the message you want written on the card. We need all of it to physically deliver the gift.
Your order: what you bought, when it should arrive, and the delivery photograph we take on handover.
We do not receive or store your card number. That goes straight to Stripe and never touches our servers.
Only the companies that make the service work:
Two more see how the site is used, rather than what you ordered:
Neither is told what you bought, who you sent it to, or their address. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Both set cookies. There is no cookie banner on this site yet, so if you would rather not be measured, a tracker blocker or your browser's private mode will stop both — nothing on the site needs them to work, and ordering is unaffected.
If you save a recipient with a birthday, we email you before that date so you have time to send something. Every reminder carries a one-click link that turns them off permanently — you do not need to log in, and we do not ask why.
Order records are kept while your account exists, because you may need to prove what you sent and when. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your personal data, keeping only the minimum transaction record we are required to retain.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to our support team and we will action it.
