The agreement between you and SendMaya when you place an order.

When you pay, we agree to prepare the gift you selected and deliver it to the address you gave, on the date you chose, within the delivery area you selected. We photograph the handover and email you the photo.
That the delivery address and phone number you give us are correct, that you have the recipient's consent to send them something at that address, and that the card message is not unlawful, threatening or harassing.
We may refuse or cancel an order and refund you in full if we believe it is being used to harass someone.
Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. The rupee figure alongside is indicative only. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe; your order is confirmed only once Stripe confirms the payment to us.
Flowers, cakes and seasonal items depend on what is available in Kathmandu on the day. If we cannot source an exact item we substitute something of equal or greater value and tell you what changed.
Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses — a missed occasion is not something we can put a price on, which is exactly why we publish delivery cut-off dates and hold ourselves to them.
