Q: What if nobody is home?

If you said we may, our rider calls the recipient; otherwise, or if we can't reach them, we call you. Either way we re-attempt on the next working day at no extra cost.

Q: Can I choose the exact day it arrives?

Yes. Pick any date from the earliest shown for that area, up to a year ahead, plus a morning, afternoon or evening slot (Nepal time).

Q: What if something on the list isn't available?

Small, normal variations we make without asking. Anything that matters — a named item, a cake flavour, the colour or brand that is the point of the gift — we ask you first. If you say no, or we can't reach you within 12 hours, we leave it out and refund its price.

Q: Can I send to somewhere outside these areas?

Message us before ordering. We can often arrange it, but we won't take the order until we know we can keep the promise.

It's past 2pm in Nepal, so preparation starts tomorrow morning. Orders placed before 2pm Nepal time are prepared that day; later orders, the next morning. Areas outside the Valley then add their travel time — which is why the dates above differ. All dates are Nepal dates.

You choose the delivery date and a time slot — morning, afternoon or evening. We send you a photo when the gift is handed over.

How to pay

Payment is by card, processed by Stripe. Visa, Mastercard and American Express all work, from any country. We never see or store your card details.

Prices are charged in US dollars. The rupee figure shown alongside each price is an indication for the recipient's benefit — your card is charged the dollar amount.

Sending from inside Nepal? Most Nepali-issued cards can't be charged in US dollars. Choose “pay another way” at checkout and we'll arrange it over WhatsApp — usually eSewa, Khalti or a transfer, agreed with you directly. Your order is saved before you message us, so nothing has to be filled in twice.

Common questions

How do I know it actually arrived?

We photograph every delivery and email you the photo — of the handover, or just the gift if you'd rather, or none at all if you tell us at checkout. You can also track an order at any time from the tracking page using your order reference and the email address you ordered with.

What if something on the list isn't available?

Anything that matters — a named item, a cake flavour, the colour or brand that is the point of the gift — we ask you first, by WhatsApp or email, with a photo where we can. Do you write the card message by hand?

Yes. Your message is written by hand onto a card and included with the gift. There is no extra charge for it.

Can I send to somewhere outside these areas?

Message us before ordering. We can often arrange delivery outside the listed areas, but we won't take the order until we know we can keep the promise.

What if something goes wrong?

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll put it right. Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the delivery date — see our refund policy.
