Delivery, payment and help

Everything below is how the service actually works today. If something isn't answered here, call or message us — a person will reply.

Where we deliver, and how fast

Order before 2pm Nepal time and we start preparing the same day. After that, preparation moves to the next morning. Every lead time below is counted from the day preparation starts.

You choose the delivery date and a time slot — morning, afternoon or evening. We send you a photo when the gift is handed over.

How to pay

Payment is by card, processed by Stripe. Visa, Mastercard and American Express all work, from any country. We never see or store your card details.

Prices are charged in US dollars. The rupee figure shown alongside each price is an indication for the recipient's benefit — your card is charged the dollar amount.

Sending from inside Nepal? Most Nepali-issued cards can't be charged in US dollars. Choose “pay another way” at checkout and we'll arrange it over WhatsApp — usually eSewa, Khalti or a transfer, agreed with you directly. Your order is saved before you message us, so nothing has to be filled in twice.

Common questions

How do I know it actually arrived?

We photograph every delivery and email you the photo. You can also track an order at any time from the tracking page using your order reference and the email address you ordered with.

What if nobody is home?

Our rider calls the recipient on the number you gave us. If we can't reach them we call you, and we re-attempt on the next working day at no extra cost.

Can I choose the exact day it arrives?

Yes — that's the point. Pick any date from the earliest shown for that area up to a year ahead, plus a morning, afternoon or evening slot.

Do you write the card message by hand?

Yes. Your message is written by hand onto a card and included with the gift. There is no extra charge for it.

Can I send to somewhere outside these areas?

Message us before ordering. We can often arrange delivery outside the listed areas, but we won't take the order until we know we can keep the promise.

What if something goes wrong?

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll put it right. Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the delivery date — see our refund policy.
