How much notice to give
Everything is bought fresh for the day, so larger orders need warning. If you ordered today, plan on these earliest dates:
| Order size | Kathmandu Valley | Biratnagar |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 10 giftsour normal dates | Sat 31 Oct | Mon 2 Nov |
| 11–50 giftsabout 3 days' extra notice | Tue 3 Nov | Thu 5 Nov |
| More than 50 giftsabout 7 days' extra notice | Sat 7 Nov | Mon 9 Nov |
Need it sooner? Ask — these are what we can promise without luck, not what we refuse. Festival weeks fill up, so for Dashain and Tihar, earlier is kinder to everyone.
What you can change, and what to expect
- A card per recipient. Send one message for everyone or a different one for each person — written by hand, in Nepali or English.
- Branded wrapping is available on the Corporate Gift Basket — ask when you request your quote.
- The contents. Swap items or build a box around your budget; the quote lists exactly what goes in each.
- No minimum. A single gift can be ordered straight from the catalogue; a quote is for when a list is easier.
- A reply within 24 hours to every quote request, and a photo of every delivery once it is made.
