Birthday gifts are expected; that is their charm and their limit. The box that arrives for no reason at all is the one that gets talked about for a week — because the only thing it can possibly mean is that someone far away was thinking of them.
It doesn't need to be grand. Flowers on a Tuesday, their favourite chocolates, tea for the aama who drinks three cups a day. The handwritten card does the heavy lifting: your words, in ink, in their hands.
Most of the people sending from this page are in Australia, the Gulf, the UK, the US — anywhere but Kathmandu. The mechanics are built for exactly that: you pay by card in US dollars, we deliver by hand in Nepal, and the photo of the handover lands with you the same day, which for most senders is the real product.
If you're missing someone who is only in Nepal briefly — a friend trekking, a partner traveling — we deliver to hotels and guesthouses too. The hotel's name is address enough.
We hand-deliver across Kathmandu Valley — Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur — and to Pokhara, Chitwan and Biratnagar. You choose the date and a morning, afternoon or evening slot, and we photograph the handover and email you the picture.
If the address you need is outside those areas, message us before you order. We can often arrange it, but we would rather answer the question than take an order we cannot keep.
Is it strange to send a gift for no occasion?
It's the opposite — the no-occasion gift is the one that only means one thing. Nobody has ever been sorry to receive flowers on an ordinary day.
What do I write on the card?
Whatever you'd say if you could drop by. One honest sentence beats a page of poetry — and we write it by hand exactly as you give it to us.
Can I set it up to arrive while we're on a call?
Pick the slot that matches your call and tell us the plan in the order notes. We can't promise to the minute, but message us on WhatsApp on the day and we'll coordinate the timing as closely as the traffic allows.
How do I pay from abroad?
By card, in US dollars, from anywhere. If your card won't go through, the assisted checkout on WhatsApp finds a route that works.
