Gift delivery to any hotel in Kathmandu or Pokhara
They're ten time zones away in a guesthouse in Thamel, and you want something waiting for them at reception. That is exactly what we do.
Any hotel, hostel or guesthouse
Thamel, Lazimpat, Boudha, Patan, Lakeside in Pokhara — if a traveler can check into it, we can deliver to it. Five-star hotels, family guesthouses and backpacker hostels all work the same way: we call ahead, confirm your person is a guest, and hand the gift to them or to the front desk with their name on it.
You don't need a street address, a room number or a map pin. Hotels in Nepal rarely have usable street addresses anyway — the hotel's name and the neighbourhood is how everyone, including our riders, actually finds them.
What we need from you
Three things: the hotel or hostel's name, the name they're checked in under, and the dates they're in town. Their WhatsApp number helps as a backup — we'll only use it if the delivery is at risk and you've said that's okay.
At checkout, put the hotel's name in the address field and pick the delivery date and a morning, afternoon or evening slot. Your message goes with the gift on a handwritten card.
The handover
If they're in, we hand it to them. If they're out walking the old city, it waits with the front desk under their name. We photograph the handover and send you the picture, so you see their face — or at least the front desk holding your gift — the same day.

Questions people ask
Do I need their room number?
No. The hotel's name and the guest's name is enough — reception takes it from there.
Do you deliver to hostels and guesthouses too?
Yes, exactly the same way. For an Airbnb or a homestay, message us the details first so we can check the handover will work.
What if they check out before the delivery?
Message us on WhatsApp and we'll move the delivery to their next hotel or their new date wherever we can. Gifts for travelers change plans; we're used to it.
I only have their WhatsApp number from back home. Is that enough?
Yes — enter it exactly as you have it, any country, any format. Most travelers in Nepal are reachable only on their home number over WhatsApp or hotel Wi-Fi, and that's what we use.
Can I pay from my country?
Yes. You pay by card in US dollars at checkout. If your card won't go through from where you are, there's an assisted checkout: we confirm everything over WhatsApp and find a payment route that works.
Will you spoil the surprise?
No. We coordinate with you and with the hotel's front desk, never with the recipient — unless the delivery is at risk and you tell us it's okay to contact them.
Plans still fuzzy?
Tell us what you know and we'll work out the delivery with you before you pay anything.
