A care package waiting when they walk out of the mountains
Two weeks of dal bhat, cold showers and thin air — and then your box, at their hotel, on the day they get back. That's a welcome they will not forget.
Time it to their return
Almost every trek ends where it began — Kathmandu for Everest and Langtang routes, Pokhara for the Annapurnas. Their itinerary already names the return date and usually the hotel. Pick that date at checkout, and the box is waiting when they check back in, ragged and happy.
While they're on the trail itself we can't reach them — nobody can, which is rather the point of a trek — so we don't deliver to teahouses or base camps, and we won't pretend otherwise. The day they're back in a city, we're there.
What goes in a good trail-recovery box
The things the trail doesn't have: proper chocolate, good coffee, fresh fruit, something warm and soft. Choose a ready-made hamper below, or build your own box item by item and we pack it together with a handwritten card carrying your message.
When the mountains change the plan
Lukla flights get grounded by weather and itineraries slip a day or two — it's part of trekking. If their return moves, message us on WhatsApp and we'll move the delivery with it wherever we can. We photograph the handover and send you the picture, so you see their face — or at least the front desk holding your gift — the same day.

Questions people ask
Can you deliver to them on the trek itself?
No — teahouses and base camps are beyond anyone's delivery network. We deliver to their hotel in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan or Biratnagar, timed to the day they return.
They got sick — can I send a get-well package?
Yes, and it's one of the kindest uses of this service. Altitude gets people, and a box of comfort at their hotel or guesthouse while they recover means a lot. If they're in a hospital or clinic, message us first and we'll work out the handover.
I don't know exactly which day they finish.
Order with your best guess and tell us it's a trek return — if the date moves, message us on WhatsApp and we'll move with it wherever we can.
I only have their WhatsApp number from back home. Is that enough?
Yes — enter it exactly as you have it, any country, any format. Most travelers in Nepal are reachable only on their home number over WhatsApp or hotel Wi-Fi, and that's what we use.
Can I pay from my country?
Yes. You pay by card in US dollars at checkout. If your card won't go through from where you are, there's an assisted checkout: we confirm everything over WhatsApp and find a payment route that works.
Will you spoil the surprise?
No. We coordinate with you and with the hotel's front desk, never with the recipient — unless the delivery is at risk and you tell us it's okay to contact them.
Plans still fuzzy?
Tell us what you know and we'll work out the delivery with you before you pay anything.
